I really enjoyed this great hotel. The king room had basic facilities you need, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and a work desk. Really helpful and accommodating staff, helped me a lot. The location of the property was nice, close to Nashville. Moreover, it was not far from another establishment and restaurants.

Absolutely great hotel close to freeway. Marvellous and decent location to Nashville International airport, just 26 minutes by car. A great selection of food options relatively close to the venue.

All the rooms are fairly quiet and perfect on the main level and the staff is PLEASANT. The setting is good, it's adjacent to stores within walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Rare Bird Antique Mall.

The staff was consistently courteous. The location is stunning and really close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the interstate. The beds were nice and the room was neat and cozy.

We checked in late - 130 am -- first off staff couldn't find our reservation - finally found it but kept struggling to secure our room because of a new "software" system -after 30 minutes we had assigned rooms - first room was good to go second room assigned had unmade beds and smelled like vomit - went back to the lobby and assigned another room , upon arrival that room was being cleaned - went to the lobby again and insisted on an adjustment for the price -the man checking us in was rude and abrupt . When we checked out later that morning ,a slight adjustment was made on the first room , second room which took 2 attempts to secure was adjusted 30.00$ - unacceptable in my opinion - should of been free - -- 24 hours after staying here my credit card number had been stolen - wonder if that was the new software problem ?

The rooms could use a through cleaning. I have used this motel 3 times, unfortunately, this was the first time I saw a roach. Take time to clean and shampoo the rugs in all the rooms. Get rid of the thick dust which has settled under the furniture.

The rooms on the main level were perfect. The staff was very friendly. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were a nice addition. The location was great, close to a parking lot being blacktopped. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and stores within walking distance. It was a wonderful stay for one night.

It's an older place, and bathroom needs some updating and cleaning. But well worth the money and I would stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff all around, which was great. The rooms on the ground floor were really spacious. a really nice vibe here! 😊

We checked in and went to our room to find some people hanging outside the room adjacent to ours. They were all drinking and cussing around my 1 &4 year old kids. I called the staff at the front office and he was helpful. He got us a new room.

The new room had pubic hair in the bed and shower. The room was not clean and the cleaning staff rolled their cart up and down the hallway in front of the room.
